Review Policy

Reviews submitted to Webza must represent genuine experiences with Webza's services. You must confirm at submission that the review reflects your honest experience. Reviews that are fabricated, paid for, incentivised for positive ratings, or submitted on behalf of someone else without their knowledge may be rejected.

All reviews enter a moderation queue before they appear publicly. The moderation status is: Pending — review has been submitted and is awaiting moderation; Approved — review has been reviewed and is published on the Webza website; Rejected — review was found to violate this policy and will not be published.

Reviews are not automatically published. We read every submission.

Webza may reject reviews that: are spam, off-topic, or promotional in nature; are fake, fabricated, or submitted on behalf of someone else without consent; are abusive, harassing, defamatory or contain hate speech; contain personal information of third parties; are fraudulent or attempt to game the review program; are submitted by someone who has not actually used Webza.

When you submit an honest review of your Webza experience and it is approved through moderation, you receive a ₹339 credit toward your Webza hosting for the following year. The credit is issued for genuine feedback — it does not depend on the review being positive.

Key points: a 1-star review with constructive detail is just as eligible as a 5-star review; your review will not be edited based on its rating; negative or constructive feedback is welcome; the credit is a service credit toward Webza hosting and has no cash value; the credit cannot be transferred to another business.

Reviews are only displayed publicly when you explicitly grant permission at submission. When permission is granted, the following information may be displayed on the Webza website: your name; your business name; your business category; your rating; your review text; the date of submission; your Webza website URL (if you provided it).

Your WhatsApp number and email are never displayed publicly, even if permission to display is granted. They are used only for verification and communication about your review.

Webza does not edit the text or rating of approved reviews based on their rating. We may redact obvious personal information (such as a phone number accidentally included in the review text) for safety. You can request removal of your own review at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp.

To preserve the integrity of the review program, Webza may verify that a reviewer is an actual Webza user before issuing the ₹339 hosting credit. Verification typically happens through WhatsApp — we may ask for the Webza website URL or other basic information to confirm the review is genuine.
