Hosting Policy

Webza hosting at ₹339/year covers the following services: website hosting — your website is hosted on Webza's business-focused infrastructure and made available to visitors over the internet; SSL — your website is served over HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate, so browsers and search engines trust it; website deployment — Webza deploys your website to the hosting environment and handles the technical side of keeping it live; custom domain support — your own custom domain (yourbusiness.in / .com / .co.in) can be connected to your hosted website (custom domain activation is a separate one-time ₹1,749 charge); mobile-ready websites — your hosted website is built mobile-friendly out of the box; support — you can reach Webza on WhatsApp for help with your hosted website.

We deliberately do not claim technical specifications we have not actually configured. Webza hosting does not advertise: specific uptime percentages (such as 99.99%); unlimited storage or unlimited bandwidth; daily backups; CDN (content delivery network); DDoS protection; NVMe storage; specific server locations.

If any of these are added to the hosting plan in the future, they will be added to this policy and to the public feature list — not silently to marketing copy.

Hosting is billed yearly. Hosting begins once your website has been deployed to Webza's infrastructure. At the end of each year, you can choose to renew hosting or let it lapse. If you do not renew, your website may be taken offline, or moved back to the free Webza subdomain at your request.

You agree not to use Webza hosting for: illegal, abusive, fraudulent or harmful content; mass unsolicited messaging or spam; hosting content that infringes on the rights of others; attempts to scan, disrupt or compromise the hosting infrastructure.

Webza may suspend or terminate hosting for serious or repeated violations. Suspensions for violations are not eligible for refund.

Hosting is one of three Webza products. The free website on the Webza subdomain does not require hosting. The custom domain activation (one-time ₹1,749) connects your own domain but does not include hosting. Hosting (₹339/year) is what keeps your website online — and is recommended once your custom domain is connected.

Hosting support is available on WhatsApp during business hours. Response times vary based on volume, but we prioritise hosting availability issues. For general website changes (such as updating services, gallery or content), please request changes through WhatsApp and we will schedule them.
