Webza ("we", "us") is a website and hosting platform for Indian small businesses, professionals, entrepreneurs and local businesses. We provide a free business website on a Webza subdomain, optional custom domain activation (₹1,749 one-time) and yearly hosting (₹339/year).

You can contact us on WhatsApp at the number listed on the website. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

When you request a free website, activate a custom domain, sign up for hosting or submit a review, you may give us:

Your name and business name; your business category and the type of website you want; your WhatsApp number, so we can build your website and respond to requests; email, if you choose to share it; your custom domain name (if you are activating a domain you already own); review content, including rating and review text, if you submit a review; payment confirmation for the ₹1,749 one-time activation and ₹339/year hosting (we do not store full card numbers — payments are processed by trusted third-party providers).

Like most websites, Webza collects basic technical information (such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location based on IP) for the purpose of operating, securing and improving the service. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally unless required for security or fraud prevention.

Analytics placeholders (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager) are prepared in the codebase but are only activated once the relevant tracking IDs are configured. We do not invent IDs.

To build, deploy and host your business website; to connect your custom domain to your Webza website; to respond to your support requests on WhatsApp or email; to review and (where approved) publish your submitted review; to issue ₹339 hosting credits under the review program; to prevent spam, fraud and abuse of the Webza service.

Information is stored on Webza's hosting infrastructure. We limit access to people who need it to operate the service. Your WhatsApp number and email are never displayed publicly on the website. Reviews that you submit only display the name, business name, business category and review text you provided, and only after you explicitly give permission and the review is approved through moderation.

We do not sell your information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, payment processing, WhatsApp messaging) only to the extent necessary. We may disclose information where required by law.

You can keep your free Webza subdomain website without paying anything. You can request deletion of your website or your information by contacting us on WhatsApp. You can choose not to submit a review. You can choose not to grant display permission for any review you submit.

Webza is intended for businesses and business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 for marketing purposes. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the website.
