Refund Policy

The Webza free website costs ₹0. There is nothing to refund. The website can remain free forever on the Webza subdomain and no payment is required to keep it active.

The ₹1,749 charge is a one-time fee for website activation and connecting your custom domain to your Webza website.

If your custom domain has not been connected yet and you request a refund within 7 days of payment, the full ₹1,749 will be refunded. If the custom domain has already been connected and your website is live on your own domain, the activation fee is non-refundable — the work has been completed. Refunds for the one-time activation are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Hosting is billed yearly. Because hosting begins immediately after deployment, the following refund rules apply:

Within 7 days of paying for hosting, if your website has not yet been deployed to hosting, the full ₹339 will be refunded. After 7 days, or once your website has been deployed to hosting, hosting fees are non-refundable for that year. You may choose not to renew hosting at the end of the year. Your website will then be taken offline (or moved back to the free Webza subdomain, at your request).

The ₹339 hosting credit issued under the review program is a service credit toward Webza hosting for the following year. It is not a cash refund and has no cash value. It cannot be transferred to another business or exchanged for money.

To request a refund, contact Webza on WhatsApp with your payment reference and business name. We will review and respond to all refund requests within 5 working days.

We prefer to resolve issues directly. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first — opening a chargeback without contacting us may slow down resolution and may result in your website being suspended pending verification.
